Acne Cleansers, Creams And
Other Topicals

There are literally hundreds of acne cleansers, creams, gels, lotions and topical formulas available to try on the market. From glycolic and salicylic acids, to vitamin enriched natural creams, there are plenty of different options and approaches when looking at what are known as topicals - something to apply to the skin in order to clear acne.

Yet using topicals to clear acne has a big flaw that should be examined. The general theory on why topicals help usually involve "unclogging pores", "reducing excess oil" and helping to "prevent excess bacteria".

This approach is always going to be very limited, due to the fact that blocked pores, excess oil or sebum, and excess bacteria DON'T CAUSE acne. These are involved in the late stage of the development of acne, so attacking these aspects is likely to fail. Unless properly addressed the body can always produce more oil, and no matter what you do there is always going to be bacteria on the skin!

Acne topicals are doomed to fail in successfully treating acne. In fact, long term use of many cleansers and creams can actually worsen acne. Because of the oil reducing action of some topicals, the body thinks that it ISN'T producing enough oil, so it now makes even more oil! So using topicals often antagonizes the body and makes the whole problem much worse!

A much better tactic is to address the reason why the body produces so much oil, and why this oil even becomes a problem in the first place!

If you do feel the need to buy an acne topical I recommend getting one that isn't chemical based, which are usually found in chemists, and instead opt for an all natural based cleanser instead. This way you're less likely to run into side-effects from use, such as worsening your acne, and are more likely to see beneficial results.

In my program I reveal the true cause of acne, and a simple system to prevent it and clear existing acne fast. This way you really don't need to apply anything to your skin. But I also recommend what I think is the best acne cleanser in the world, and which you can make at home. But remember, this cleanser is only going to be an addition to what you can do to help maintain crystal clear skin - it isn't mandatory or necessary to having great looking, acne free skin.

So before you go looking for a miracle acne cleanser, topical or cream, remember that they are overpriced, usually don't work very well, and even sometime worsen your acne!

Instead you should check out my acne program and see the powerful results for yourself.
