Can Diet Clear Your Acne?

Let's be brutally honest about this. When someone suggests diet changes to
cure acne most people
are scared off. You probably are a bit, right?

You're probably worried you might have to eat lemons for 12 weeks or something
ghastly like that!

But facts are facts and as much as I would love to tell you that acne can
be cured without changing diet, that would be a
BIG LIE. 80% of acne in ALL acne
sufferers is caused by wrong
diet...

...Notice I say WRONG and not BAD. Bad means evil. Wrong is accurate as it
means it is not right for your body.


So...

Learn What It Takes To Cure Your Acne

What ever you have done in the past about your diet and acne, you obviously
failed because you're reading this...


So listen up because I'm going to let you in...

All you have to do clear up your acne (up to 80%) is to eat more anti-inflammatory
foods and IMPORTANTLY eat
less pro-inflammatory foods.

There is one food that is 100% essential to avoid like the plague, IF you want an
end to your acne plague...


Vegetable oil

This oil is an absolute nightmare for people with acne as it produces a lot of
pro-inflammatory hormones that
cause acne. You must stop consuming vegetable
oil like
sunflower oil if you want an end to your acne!

But guess what?

I was doing some shopping when I was researching how to clear acne and
found out
something quite interesting. Trying to avoid the acne causing vegetable oil
is actually incredibly difficult
to do unless you do something you may not have
thought
about...

Look at the ingredients label on the packaging of the food you buy!

Ever do that? Chances are you don't. And chances are you are buying food that
has vegetable oil in it that you
wouldn't have even thought would be in it...

Seriously, the stuff is in a lot of food...and this annoys the hell out of me! You
know why? Cause it means I have
to avoid tasty foods I would have eaten otherwise.
And I like tasty foods...

But at least I don't break out in acne.

But there is a place where you can find lots of alternative tasty foods but without
JUNK ingredients like vegetable
oil in it. Wanna know where?

In your local health food shop! They are quite common and even villages have
them these days. I highly recommend you
check yours out and do some regular
shopping from them.


Here's another tip for you. Why not list some foods that you would normally eat
if it weren't for vegetable oil being
listed in the ingredients? Now take that list to your
local
health food store and find a suitable replacement.

This is a fairly good tactic and a good way to stay off the vegetable oil without
going COLD TURKEY on a lot of foods
you like to eat.

You see, a lot of people seem to quit certain known acne causing foods without
finding a substitute...


Big Mistake.

Make sure you fill the void. Have alternatives. That way you will be able to stick
to the diet guidelines and you will
remain acne free without too much effort.
